Regarding your proteins CSB-EP847618HU & CSB-EP856932HU, could you please advise on the sequencing and the expected tag information for all 4 expression hosts?
Also, we want to know about the composition of the buffer - is it 50% glycerol by volume? Or by molarity, or MW, etc.? We are interested in 0.1mg and 0.5mg Baculovirus, and are wondering what the total volumes for these sizes would most likely be.
Thanks so much!
