CS target proteins are a class of proteins with important research value in tumor therapy. They are involved in key life activities such as cell signaling, cell growth, proliferation, and apoptosis. For example, CSH1CS-1 is a member of the integrin receptor family located on human chromosome 1p36.1, and its activation can trigger PI3K/Akt, MAPK, NF-κB and other signaling pathways, which are involved in regulating the growth, proliferation, and apoptosis of tumor cells. CS1CD319, SLAMF7 is another example. As a member of the signal lymphocyte activation molecule family 7, it is highly expressed in multiple myeloma MM cells and activates the immune system to kill MM cells through direct activation pathways and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). CSRP1 (HEL-141) is also a key protein that plays an important role in cell-cell interactions and signal transduction as a drug target or biomarker. It is expressed in various tumors and autoimmune diseases, making it a potential therapeutic target. The structure, function, and signaling pathways involved in these target proteins provide important molecular basis for developing new cancer treatment strategies.
