Probable phosphoglycerate mutase 4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by PGAM4 gene. This is the product of a processed gene created by retroposition from mRNA of an expressed gene. This gene seems to be expressed. The protein acts as an enzyme that catalyzes the following reactions:2-phospho-D-glycerate = 3-phospho-D-glycerate, 3-phospho-D-glyceroyl phosphate = 2,3-bisphospho-D-glycerate.
The following PGAM4 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
