TYRO3 is a receptor tyrosine kinase belonging to the TAM receptor family. It transmits signals through ligands such as TULP1 or GAS6 to regulate biological processes such as cell survival, migration, and differentiation. The structural characteristics of TYRO3 include a conserved kinase domain and an adhesion molecule-like extracellular domain. In terms of function, TYRO3 not only participates in cell proliferation, migration, and immune suppression, but also acts as a cell entry factor for Ebola virus and Marburg virus. TYRO3 functions by activating downstream signaling pathways such as PI3K/Akt and regulating the expression of cyclin D1, phosphorylation of ERK1/2 or STAT3. The activation of these signaling pathways is crucial for protecting neurons, regulating breast cancer cell proliferation, and participating in processes such as immune suppression, angiogenesis, and tumor growth in the tumor microenvironment. Therefore, TYRO3 plays an important role in biology and provides new research directions for targeted therapy based on its structure.
The following TYRO3 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
