VSIG4 (V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing 4), also known as CRIg (Complement receptor of the immunoglobulin superfamily), is a membrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It acts as a receptor for multiple complement components, including C3b, iC3b, and C1q, and regulates immune responses. Recent studies have also found that VSIG4 plays an important role in regulating inflammation and tumor immunity. It is a potential target for immunotherapy in cancer treatment.
Recombinant Human V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing protein 4(VSIG4),partial (Active)
Validated Data
The purity was greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. (Tris-Glycine gel) Discontinuous SDS-PAGE (reduced) with 5% enrichment gel and 15% separation gel.
Immobilized Human VSIG4 at 2 μg/ml can bind Anti-VSIG4 recombinant antibody (CSB-RA896869MA1HU), the EC50 is 51.14-68.73 ng/mL.
The following VSIG4 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
